Songs With ‘Bill’ In The Title

Just like songs about careers, songs with ‘bills’ in the title are all about the paper. Paying for expenses can be a nightmare, believe me, but once you can do that, you’ll be just fine.

Our list focuses on songs with ‘bill’ in the title. These artists have made it big that they no longer stress about footing them. Like Eminem said in one of his songs, he’d usually sit and watch the bills pile up, now he just sits and watches the bills pile up

1. Bills Paid by DJ Khaled

DJ Khaled - BILLS PAID (Official Audio) ft. Latto, City Girls

DJ Khaled’s “Bills Paid” is almost certainly going to be the first song that comes to anyone’s mind when they are asked to mention songs with bill in the title.

This is a song from DJ Khaled’s hot new album.  The song gives off a kind of gold digger vibe, but even as a guy, you can’t resist but just flow with the rhythm of the music.

Latto is all about the paper, as she said in the song, her horoscope is a dollar sign. To her, n*ggas are barely enough, the least they can do is pay her bills. Or to put it another way, Lattos is not interested in any broke guy. From her perspective, she deserves this baby girl treatment because she has a wet pu**y, but she makes it clear that she can still do without a man.

While the city girls brag about their sexy bodies being hated by uglier hoes, and how they can have any man, as long as he is financially buoyant.

2. “Brother Bill” by Louis Armstrong & Bing Cosby

Comedic in tone, “Brother Bill” hearkens back to the days before the widespread availability of television when story-based songs were typically much more descriptive. Additionally, Brother Bill and the singer (who calls him that) is the story’s two primary protagonists.

The main event of the featured story takes place on a hunting trip taken by Brother Bill and the lead singer. A creature “resembling a grizzly bear” is encountered by the party. However, “the doggone thing turned white” after being shot, which the narrator claims are abnormal behavior for a living creature.

However, if we wanted to stretch our imaginations about the story’s possible symbolism, we could consider the possibility that the narrator and Brother Bill were intended all along to be Black hunters. And they see what they initially believe to be a grizzly bear, fire at it, and then realize it’s a “White” person, causing both to run away.

Again, though, that’s just a fun theory about the song’s meaning. More people probably went hunting back then than do today. Listeners who have never experienced genuine fear need not feel left out of the joke; the absurdity of a grown man’s sudden and contagious terror may be appreciated even without prior knowledge of the phenomenon.

The comic high point, if you will, is the portrayal of Brother Bill and the singer as “the first four-legged jet,” i.e., as being so alarmed by this out-of-the-ordinary occurrence that they were racing at “the speed of light,” even uphill.

3.  Destiny’s Child ` Bills, Bills, Bills

Destiny's Child - Bills, Bills, Bills

Lyrically, This is one of the best songs with bill in the title. It’s no surprise that this timeless classic remains popular among young people today, thanks to its R&B-style smoothness, superb harmonies, and infectious rhythms of the 2000s.

The opening verses of this song discuss how, during the honeymoon period of a relationship, some partners would take you out and indulge you, essentially giving you a glimpse of their best selves.

Then they settle into their routines and lose interest in previous activities. Destiny’s Child sings about a spouse who insists on footing the bill at first but who eventually starts asking to borrow money and use your automobile.

Beyoncé begins to have doubts about the viability of the relationship at the midpoint when she realizes she may require support in times of difficulty.

By the song’s last chorus, she has had all she can take and needs assistance immediately. If you can’t afford to pay your share of the bills, the partnership is over.

4. Bills by LunchMoney Lewis

LunchMoney Lewis - Bills (Official Video)

This song is my go-to pick-me-up for mornings when I’m having a particularly hard time getting out of bed and heading to work; when I need a little extra push to get going, I put it on repeat and listen to it.

The song’s lyrics explain the circumstances that force LunchMoney Lewis to maintain employment: he must pay the rent and provide food for his family.

People who may not realize that we all experience these feelings and that it will get better if they “work, work, work every day” can benefit from listening to this song because it can help them realize that we all go through these feelings.

5. Pay Ya Bills (Feat. Jeremih) by Pardison Fontaine

Pay Ya Bills (feat. Jeremih)

Pardison Fontaine brags that he has unlimited resources and would give them all to a woman who truly respects him. In this song, he’s taking care of her monthly expenses, including her cell phone bill, car payment, and more.

Of course, he doesn’t want to imply that he would lavishly shower cash on any old woman; rather, he wants to make his significant other aware of how much she means to him.

The sluggish tempo of “Pay Ya Bills beat, “‘s which, in my opinion, helps you relax and focus on the song’s words, makes it nearly impossible not to groove to the song.

No blaring beats or instrumentals take your attention away from the content at hand. If you’re ever in a dire situation and someone is there to pick you up emotionally as well as financially, this is the song you should listen to.

6. The Skills To Pay The Bills  by Beastie Boys

The Skills To Pay The Bills (Remastered)

It’s a terrible circumstance to have to force yourself to get out of bed and go to a job you despise just so you can pay the bills. However, if you are talented or possess abilities that can make you money, it has the potential to not only improve your financial circumstances but also your mental health, which can be a game-changer in your life.

The Beastie Boys undoubtedly possess the talents necessary to pay their expenses. If you are in a position where you can make money off of talent or interest, I do not doubt that you will identify with the sentiments expressed by the Beastie Boys in this song.
