Top Songs With The Word Found In The Title

When someone finally comes across or acquires something they have been looking for for a very long time, they are said to have “found” it.

This word is used rather frequently in the music industry, and as you might guess, the vast majority of instances speak about the experience of finally discovering the genuine love you have been looking for; that one unique someone you have been looking for.

If you are looking for a song that focuses on a love that was once lost but is now found, or on the experience of finally meeting the one you have yearned for for a very long time, this is the one. Be rest assured that you’re in the right place.

This article will cover my favourite songs with the word found in the title and it covers a wide range of genres from iconic musicians.

5 Songs With The Word Found In The Title

1. “You Found Me ” By The Fray

The Fray - You Found Me

The Fray, an American rock band, is credited for the song “You Found Me.” It was the first single to be issued from their self-titled second studio album, and it was issued in November 2008.

It is about the heartache, the disappointment, and the letdown that inevitably comes with living a life. Sometimes you are the one to let someone else down, and other times you are the one who is let down. It might be difficult to determine who you can rely on and who you can put your trust in.

This is a song about the pain that one goes through after parting ways with the person with whom they shared their deepest, most meaningful connection.

2. “We Found Love” By Rihanna

Rihanna - We Found Love ft. Calvin Harris

In this lovely piece, Rihanna is singing about having feelings for another person that go so deep and are so passionate that your love for them might become addictive.

The song is about taking ecstasy and represents how you feel towards that person.

To put it in its most basic form, the song is about how love can be addictive, and how even when you realise that the other person is not good for you, you still can not let go of them because your love for them has become an obsession.

3 “I Still Haven’t Found….” Song By U2

U2 - I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For (Official Music Video)

Bono is credited for writing this masterpiece. This song has a rather simple lyrical content. It is about having a lovely connection with somebody, investing all of your energy into it, and telling yourself that it completes you, only to realise that after some time has passed, you are still seeking for something more.

It is possible that the songwriter is making a reference to religion in this situation, but the beauty of this song is that it can be interpreted to mean anything at all.

We have all been there; at some point in our lives, we have all been in situations in which we have persuaded ourselves that this one person fulfills all of our needs.

After some time has passed, however, and the dust has had a chance to settle, we have come to the conclusion that, despite the fact that we still love them, there is still more to life.

You can find happiness in other people, but if you are not doing what you love, you will never feel like you have arrived at your full potential.

4. “I Found” By Amber Run

Amber Run - I Found

“I Found” by Amber Run is a sensitive and moving song that is centred on an experience of romantic self-discovery that occurred in the life of the vocalist.

And what he “found” out in the field of love is that obviously falling in love with someone too quickly is something that should be avoided at all costs.

And if you want to know why this song is so depressing, it is because of the connotations that are not explicitly stated.

For example, there is such a thing as falling in loveat first sight. Or, to look at it from another angle, the person that the majority of us end up with is probably someone with whom, at the beginning of the relationship, we were not sure if it would work out or not.

This song is about getting your feelings hurt from falling in love, and moving on. Therefore, you make the best of the situation and go on. It emphasises that there are certain elements that are simpler than others. At the end of the day, the suffering continues and your brokenness has not been repaired.

The only thing you can do is take what you have experienced and use it to better yourself. You have resolved that you will never again allow another individual to injure you in this manner.

Nobody will ever be able to have that much influence over you. You are more knowledgeable now that you are aware of what to use as a standard of comparison.

This song is about loving and giving oneself to another person, and then, after that person hurts you in some way, deciding that you will never love and give yourself to another person again.

5. “Soon We’ll Be Found” By Sia

Sia - Soon We'll Be Found

This is one of those breathtaking songs from my favourite artist. Sia is a remarkable songwriter and vocalist. She’s able to convey emotions perfectly to her audience with her powerful vocal techniques and cracks. The vocal cracks I must say are the most spectacular and her signature technique.

It sounds like the argument between couples that goes on for so long that you become exhausted and do not want to continue fighting. Instead, you want to go to bed thinking about it, in the hopes that somehow, things will be different in the morning. That no matter what, one should never allow themselves to go to bed in an upset mood.

This song makes me feel like I am about to collapse from the tiredness it contains. As a result of the protracted conflict between two couples, both of them are worn out.

There is nothing left to do than go to bed and rest. There is reason to believe that after a good night’s sleep and some rest they will be able to move on with their lives or at the very least discuss the problems that caused them to fight in the first place.

Sia’s known for her professional use of metaphors; a rare gem indeed. This is definetly one of the best songs with found in the title.
