Instead, you want to go to bed thinking about it, in the hopes that somehow, things will be different in the morning. That no matter what, one should never allow themselves to go to bed in an upset mood.
This song makes me feel like I am about to collapse from the tiredness it contains. As a result of the protracted conflict between two couples, both of them are worn out.
There is nothing left to do than go to bed and rest. There is reason to believe that after a good night’s sleep and some rest they will be able to move on with their lives or at the very least discuss the problems that caused them to fight in the first place.
Sia’s known for her professional use of metaphors; a rare gem indeed. This is definetly one of the best songs with found in the title.
